«قائم» أداة لمساعدتك على المحافظة على الصلاة: يحسب المواقيت، ويذكّرك، ويتيح لك تسجيل صلواتك ومتابعتها. استخدامك للتطبيق يعني موافقتك على هذه الشروط.
تُحسب المواقيت بطرق فلكية معتمدة، وقد تختلف بدقائق عن أذان مسجدك بحسب طريقة الحساب وموقعك. الأصل هو أذان مسجدك، والتطبيق وسيلة مساعدة لا مرجعًا شرعيًا. ويوفّر التطبيق أدوات لضبط الفارق يدويًا.
المحتوى الشرعي في «قائم» موثَّق بمصادره، ولم يكتمل بعدُ اعتماده من مرجع شرعي مستقل. وعند النوازل والمسائل الخاصة يُرجع إلى أهل العلم. التطبيق لا يُصدر فتاوى ولا أحكامًا شخصية.
تُجدوَل التنبيهات على جهازك، وقد يمنعها نظام الهاتف أو إعدادات توفير الطاقة أو وضع «عدم الإزعاج». لا نضمن وصول كل تنبيه، ولا يُعتمد على التطبيق وحده فيما تخشى فواته.
لا تستخدم التطبيق أثناء القيادة أو في أي موقف يتطلّب انتباهك الكامل. تنبيه «اخرج الآن للمسجد» تقدير زمني وليس أمرًا بالإسراع.
الحساب اختياري. أنت مسؤول عن حماية بيانات دخولك ورمز قفل الوالدين. وميزة العائلة مخصّصة لوليّ الأمر مع من تحت ولايته، ولا يجوز استخدامها لمراقبة شخص بالغ دون علمه ورضاه.
يُمنع: العبث بالتطبيق أو محاولة اختراقه، أو إساءة استخدام بيانات المساجد المشتركة، أو نشر بيانات مواقع خاطئة، أو استخدام التطبيق لأي غرض مخالف للنظام.
ما تضيفه من مساجد وأماكن قد يُعرض لمستخدمين آخرين إن اخترتَ نشره. أنت مسؤول عن صحّته، ولنا حذف أي مُدخل خاطئ أو مسيء.
التطبيق حاليًا مجاني وبدون إعلانات. وقد تُضاف مستقبلًا ميزات اختيارية مدفوعة تغطّي كلفة خدمات خارجية، دون أن يُنقص ذلك من الميزات الأساسية القائمة.
يُقدَّم التطبيق «كما هو». لا نتحمّل مسؤولية أي ضرر غير مباشر ناتج عن تعذّر وصول تنبيه أو خطأ في تقدير وقت أو انقطاع خدمة.
لك حذف حسابك وبياناتك في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق. ولنا إيقاف حساب يُساء استخدامه.
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط، ونُبيّن تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلى الصفحة، وأي تغيير جوهري يُعلَن داخل التطبيق.
تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية.
1. What Qaim is. A tool to help you keep your prayers: it computes times, reminds you, and lets you record and follow your prayers. Using it means accepting these terms.
2. Times are a calculation. Prayer times are computed with established astronomical methods and may differ by minutes from your mosque. Your mosque's adhan is the reference; the app is an aid, not a religious authority. Manual adjustment is provided.
3. Religious content. Content is documented with its sources but has not yet completed review by an independent scholar. For personal or unusual questions, consult qualified scholars. The app issues no fatwa and no personalised rulings.
4. Notifications are not guaranteed. Alerts are scheduled on your device and may be blocked by the OS, battery savers or Do-Not-Disturb. Do not rely on the app alone for something you cannot afford to miss.
5. Your safety. Do not use the app while driving or whenever full attention is required. The "leave now" alert is an estimate, not an instruction to hurry.
6. Account and family. Accounts are optional. You are responsible for your credentials and parental PIN. Family features are for a guardian and those in their care, and must not be used to monitor an adult without their knowledge and consent.
7. Acceptable use. No tampering, no abuse of shared mosque data, no false location entries, no unlawful use.
8. User-contributed content. Places you choose to publish may be shown to others; you are responsible for their accuracy, and we may remove wrong or abusive entries.
9. Cost. The app is currently free with no ads. Optional paid features may be added later to cover third-party service costs, without removing existing core features.
10. Limitation of liability. Provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damage arising from a missed alert, an inaccurate estimate or a service interruption.
11. Termination. You may delete your account and data at any time in-app. We may suspend an abused account.
12. Changes. Terms may be updated; the date above changes and material changes are announced in-app.
13. Governing law. The laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
