Delete your Qaim account and data

Option 1 — in the app (immediate)

Local data: Qaim → Settings → My data → "Erase everything on this device" → confirm.
Cloud account: Settings → Account → "Delete account" → confirm (a recent sign-in may be required for security).

Option 2 — by email

Email ahmarico@hotmail.com from your registered address with the subject "Delete Qaim account". After verifying ownership we delete the account and confirm within 30 days at most.

What is deleted

Your prayer, sunan, qada and takbir records; settings, preferences and display name; family membership (a guardian's deletion dissolves the family); device notification tokens; and all local data when you choose the local erase.

What account deletion does not remove automatically

Things you send yourself, only ever by your own tap: a mosque you published to the public map (its name, location and address) stays as public information about that mosque — unpublish it from the mosque card in the app before deleting your account if you want it gone. A request to supervise a mosque (your name, role and phone number) and a suggested correction to your city's times: account deletion erases these automatically in version 5.20 and later. On an older version, email us at the address above and we delete them within 30 days at most. Iqamah confirmations and the anonymous summary are numbers that carry neither your name nor your account ID, so they cannot be linked to you.

What never existed

We never hold your location, your private places' coordinates, the parental PIN or your Fajr companion's number — those never leave your device.

Retention

Provider-side operational logs may persist up to 90 days for security, then auto-delete. They contain no worship records.
